is my GPU faulty?

just got my new sapphire rx 580 4gb and its been acting all weird n stuff.

 

what it does:

it crashes in this way. the screen will freeze for a few seconds and than it goes black, than it pops back up and theres still alittle freezing going on. most games the game just crashes. i tried other games asin duck game and binding of isaac it worked when i tested it. black desert online stays on, but has weird artifacts. idk if its a artifact but i think random dots alover the screen really fast are artifacts.

 

what i tried:

re applying the gpu on the mobo with another pci e thingy.

downloading the newest and older and way more drivers.

updating to one of the newest windows 10's.

it gave this message on the old windows version alot and it doesnt give it on the newest it only makes the notification sound. but this message: play driver amd driver stopped responding and has successfully recovered

 

can someone tell me if i should return my gpu or not? the system worked just fine a day ago (and weeks before that day ago) with my old radeon 4890.

I Didnt. But i cleaned all drivers 3 times trough my trying to get my pc to work progress.

@Wolf ~ IRONIDownload and use Display Driver uninstaller, use the option to uninstall drivers and turn pc off as if your intending to install a new card.

 

Turn back on PC and reinstall latest drivers for your card.

 

Come back and tell me if this works, reason im telling u to do this, if its a driver issue whatever card u put in there new will cause issues.

fuwckkk i cant now. I gtg way to late here 12pm night. Ill try tommorow. But just a question. Do artifacts have something to do with AMD drivers? Aint they just faulty gpu things?

it didnt work. still has those weird freezes. mixed with screen offs.

i restarted the pc and it sayd this

i think ill just return my gpu and get a new one. im 90 procent shure its faulty

Damn. Alot of sites descripe my exact problem as faulty gpu. Fuck me man now i gotta wait longer again till i can use my fucking pc. Ugh

@Wolf ~ IRONI Try what i suggested first before sending the card back, a lot of places charge if the card turns out to be not faulty so this is why ive suggested this.
