Does resetting your IOS device update it to the latest version

I know this has been posted many times before but I'm posting this again just to make sure. I'm currently on IOS 11.2.1 and I want to reset all of my settings (Settings>Reset>Reset All Settings). My question is: Will my device be updated to the latest version of IOS if I do this? Thanks in advance.
