A second monitor which you will use for what?

If its just for webbrowsing etc, no point spending a fortune....

21.5" is a bit small, isnt it? The model number says 226 which is kinda confusing. As Linus says in the video, text can get pretty difficult to read, especially when you are not sitting right n front of a secondary monitor.

-1 for glossy screen. I can get a mirror for 5 $ if I want to look at myself.

 

but its a glass panel. it is much less distracting than plastic glossy panels that most other screens have.
