Update new fan's 120mm

My noiseblocker xl2 stopped working after about 8/9 years, now I need others. My preference goes for low noise, good airflow and with the WHITE LED feature.

My budget is € 13 each (I want 4)

Phanteks ph-f120xp/sp white led are exceptionally good for their price especially on sale, the corsair af120 white led are good for airflow and silence, the corsair sp120 white led is pretty good for static pressure, thermaltake's riing 12 white are really good for static pressure.
