Oculus Rift Compatability With AMD??

I think that it is the software not functioning right on my system and also oculus support are basically saying that they are doing nothing else and I am stuck with a non functioning VR system that I cant even resell because it is a refurbished third hand headset... So I would get near to nothing back now.

Well I have contacted AMD now and they seem to be really good about this, they are sending me a replacement CPU expedited just in case it is my CPU, I have also tried a friends 1080ti and the problem is still there, so if the new CPU doesn't solve it I am at a loss for what it could be other than the oculus software not being compatible the specs of my system far exceed the minimum and exceed the recommended...
