Easiest way to emulate Legend of Zelda titles on PC

FunkmastaFlex
Go to solution Solved by Kaita,

Cemu. Google. Now.

I want to get more into the Legend of Zelda series but the only Nintendo console I own is a Switch. I want to play titles such as Wind Waker or Twilight Princess but I don't want to purchase a Wii-U or a Wii. I have a decent set up for emulating but I don't know which emulators are best, I've tried lurking around but I can't make a decision on an emulator.

Any recommendations for emulators or should I just get a Wii-U?

I mean yeah sure, I also thought the same when buying a Wii U but right now it's just collecting dust and taking some space on my desk. I even bought it for the exact same reason as the OP, which is to play Zelda games. Right now it isn't really worth it to buy a Wii U + most of the games are being ported to the Switch (which he has).

Wind Waker is awesome, get a Gamecube  instead :P

I'd just get a Wii U with some other good titles.

Naa, for those Dolphin seems better and the Gamecube or Wii Release on Disk (in some Market Place) should be cheaper/more common.

WiiU stuff is rather uncommon. And CEMU is kinda shit...

Yeah but without Hyrule Warriors, Zelda Breath of the Wild and other things that are portet to Switch, its a rather useless console...

There are like 5 good Titles or so that you can play on it that's about it...

I mean that are exclusive to the WiiU...

And the Gamepad isn't bad but completely different to other things...
So you aren't that good with that thing because of the Size (I tried and I play the same game way better with a PS3 Controller than the WiiU Gamepad)...

In the End its an interesting concept and I really like the Display in the Gamepad. But the Hardware is just shit, even for the Time....

The only good thing is that it can play Wii games. But many are just bad to play or look like shit or both. Its essential a better Playstation 2 with Motion controls.

So no, I'd not get a WiiU but a Gamecube instead...

Gamecube had one of the best controllers ever made...
