Silicon Lottery is based in Katy, Texas, which is west of Houston. It got hit during Hurricane Harvey.

Somewhat related, I ordered an AM4 mounting kit for one of my Arctic coolers. The mount shipped out of Florida (I don't recall where), and it got to me in 2 days despite Hurricane Irma.

Silicon lottery is in katyTexas. I sent it there and the hurricane hit 2 days later. USPS was not going in or out of a lot of that area so I had to wait a few days. But still they emailed me to let me know it would be returning as soon as they had mail service.

because siliconlottery is based in texas thus sending an item to texas during a hurricane im sure you can do the rest of the math

The matrix with the APTO and serial number is printed on the die, not the IHS, so there's no way that they will be able to switch out a chip without the end user knowing.
