can i see how many Mini PCI Express slot my laptop have without open the laptop?

so, can i see how many Mini PCI Express slot my laptop have without open the laptop? well, i can see much my device info from HWiNFO, but i dont see any mPCIe on that software so far... pls help, Thank you.

find the laptop's service manual. Even to the device manager of Windows, mPCIe devices are labeled as PCIe devices anyway so you can't check it with software without searching for spec sheets.

So it looks like you're going to have to find your laptop's service manual or specifications to figure out how many slots there are without opening the laptop up.

You can use something like the Belarc Advisor to find out what make and model motherboard you have.  Then with that information, you can do a google search on the motherboard and you should be able to find that information there.  The trick is just knowing the make and model of the mobo.  Good Luck..

i found that my mobo is MS-16J5, how to see if this motherboard have any mPCIe?
