monitor won't turn on

having more issues. All of a sudden out of nowhere my monitor turned off. the light is on but no display. when the monitors are on standby they flicker but it stays on. I can't bring up a menu or anything on it.

CPU: i9 19300k////GPU: RTX 4090////RAM: 64gb DDR5 5600mhz ////MOBO: Aorus z790 Elite////MONITORS: 3 LG 38" 3840x1600 WIDESCREEN MONITORS
