New Case - Airflow, Silence & Thermal

Hello.
I built a computer 3 months ago and I always use my computer as a heater of some sort during the winter. But now that it's summer.
The room gets really hot when I wake up, despite windows open to let cool air in during the night to compensate when the sun comes
up and haunts every gamer in the world. I am wondering if I should buy a new case or change fan setup.

Computer Specs & Fan setup:

Those numbers don't look bad really for slightly above 20C ambient. I don't think fan setup hinders much, at least not relative to the popular flat-solid-panels-with-side-vents case designing. Something with more airflow-oriented panels such as Fractal Meshify C or Corsair H500P Mesh could yield lower temps but also will likely be louder.

the pc will allways dump heat into the room. only thing you can really do is setupp the pc to dump that heat out the windows. (maybe place it by the window (idk)

My friend runs his outputs into a cloths drier vent(using an in-line fan). It's loud, but cool on hot days.

he could dump all the heat into a vat of water using a radiator and a insulated fan. wouldnt recommend it due to coorosion. and the heat will eventually end up in the room anyway

All the test was done with dust filter in the front & front panel off and top panel on. (As well as door closed and window open)
I am currently running all panels and dust filters off, to cool my PC and radiator fans are running at 100% in Corsair Link. (The other fans are still the same)
The door is open and windows are open, the windows have the 2 Corsair 140mm fans that comes with the radiator sitting
near the window pulling and pushing air connected with the Noctua Low-Noise adapter).

The room ambient temperature I would guess is between 22-26C. I have no way to check, but the fact that I am sweating right
now. Makes me believe those numbers, even with breeze hiting me. :P

Black Desert Online is running at highest settings as mention above!

Yeah slightly high hardware temps for load % but with ambient being high to start off, sensible. Looks like the top panel doesn't make a huge difference, but a different case could help as far as aesthetics of not having a front panel currently. As far as room temp, a different case nor fan setup would help. You either want to dump the heat straight out of the room like mentioned above, or promote even more airflow circulation in your room with a window and/or door open

Is adding a ceiling fan to the room an option?  Moving air feels cooler than still air, even same temp.  Or add a floor fan of some sort and blow air in from the cooler hallway or out of the room into the hallway?  How about a window A/C unit?

WIthout going ghetto like your friend, you're going to have heat in the room unless you go for a much lower performing PC.

Answering both at the same time.

There is no way I can install a ceiling fan as the room have a light source half the
size of a normal ceiling fan and if installed. I do have a hole in one of the walls to
get somewhat fresh air in during the winter. Floor fan would push air in from nature
and a good increase of dust and things eight fold, due to the room beneath me is
basically the foundation of where the house stands on. I was thinking of buying a
A/C unit, however. My room is barely a little bit larger than a storage room ^_^.

As I mention, my only solution was the ghetto solution of using the 2x140mm fan
I got with my Corsair H115i to pull air in and/or push out. To at least cool the room
a little bit. However I would like to point out that my main goal with this post is to get
lower temps of the computer. However I do understand that the ambient temperature
of the room plays a roll aswell.

If you have any ideas on how to improve ambient room temperature without spending
a lot of money. Would love that a lot :P
