I haven't overclocked monitors that much, to what should i change it?

Try all the options. It's just a drop down menu. IDK how they are called, I can't check it now but one of them is CFT, CVC or something like that.

I want to overclock my Iiyama ProLite T2250MTS, but it wouldn't get over 65 hertz without blurry and misplaced pixels. Is there any way I could overclock it to 75 hertz without this blur?

I'm using the first system listed (HP pavilion) and nvidia control panel

edit: it's running off DVI

Try all the timing modes but you're probably out of luck.
