Is this PC rig any good?

LeoNido

I'm planning on buying a new PC, so I was wondering if this is a good PC and if I should make any changes. Keep in mind that I already have a GTX 1070 and I'm planning on buying another one for SLI.

Along with the other suggestions, if you aren't using SLI I don't think there is any need for a 650W PSU, maybe get a 550W instead.
