You might be able to email epic games and tell them about it, the swingsets are really buggy for some reason.

i havent done anything i have barely been playing my cousin has though on my ps4 and said he didnt do anything then he told me he did the swingset shit and he said he only did it for 5 seconds and that wouldt be the reason i got banned i didnt get ip banned or anything my whole account ot banned
