Noctua low noise adapters

Anyone know the exact difference between these Noctua LNA's? Other than that the left NA-RC6/7's are 4 pin and the middle and right NA-RC-10/11/12's are 3 pin.

Besides what you can see on the ends the only other thing that could be different between them is the resistor value inside. I don't see a reason for them to use resistors of different values though. Also it'd be more cost effective for the company to just use identical resistors for all of them. You could test them with a multi-meter and see what the output voltage/current is between them. If it's identical then the only difference is the connectors on the ends.

Some drop down to 5v and some are 7v? (or 9v, can't remember).
