Which monitor ?

I was going to purchase this one image.png.90b9491845dd53ac1b30768ebf40fc6a.png 

which supports G-SYNC , but my friend told me its not important and that it can cause input lag and with a 144mhz monitor it doesnt really do any thing at all... 

So he suggested me this one image.png.cbf3a35d239e5825f2350d6a4cd3b666.png

Cheaper and no G-SYNC but same specs What should i do ? 

Edit: It has freesync but my GPU is Nvidia so..

50 price difference , fps moba

If you have a 1070 of above then get the 144hz one, anything lower get the G-SYNC one.
