Dell 2007WFPb Power supply

No response on the Displays forum, so posting here...

 

Monitor turns on, but turns off randomly (as in power is completely cut)

 

Opened it and checked the power supply's output to the logic board, only 5V DC. (Supposed to be 19V DC IIRC)

 

Is this a sign of a bad capacitor somewhere on the PSU? They're all Elite capacitors, so I assume so... lmao

If your output voltage is lower than what it's suppose to be rated check capacitors or any potential damaged chips or resistors.
