Xbox 1 X Monitor Suggestions?

Hello everyone.

 

I'm trying to find either a monitor or small TV for an xbox one X since I plan to get one around e3 this year. I'm having trouble finding one that meets the specs I'm looking for though, let alone at a mid range price. I'm in Canada and don't wish to get a screen imported from the USA or elsewhere. 

 

I'm looking for these stats

- 1440p or 4K

- IPS panel

- HDR10 support (that what MS says the XB1 needs)

- 27" or less (bigger won't fit my VESA dual monitor mount because it only accepts 2 27" screens and I already have one)

- VESA 75/100 mountable

 

Having freesync would also be cool if possible, but not a deal breaker for me. I'm trying to find all that for around $600 CAD or less if possible. I don't mind waiting a bit for a sale either if it's great but also a bit more expensive. I switched from playing my xbox on a tv to my ASUS PB278Q and it looks so much nicer, so I'm set on having IPS and 1440p now that the xbox one x and s support it. 

 

Anyone have any suggestions? If my ASUS PB278Q supported HDR10 it would be perfect, but unfortunately it does not.
