You can buy PC cases with a phase change cooler in them which would allow below zero temps with relative ease

Have a look at last 2 Jayz2cents videos

You can achieve simmilar results without use of the aircon unit. Just spray water on the rad. Then water evaporates it takes away a lot of energy and it is possible to get subambient temp.
