High overclock on samsung monitor

I am using some basic 19:9 1080p monitor that my dad gave me( he had it since probobly 2008 or 9). I have just managed to oc it from 60 to 83hz so far. is it dangerous to push it further if i go up by increments of one? (that's what she said)

Intel Core I7 6700k (clocked to 4.6ghz)

Patriot Viper 3000mhz ddr4

ASUS maximus 8 hero (I hate this mobo)

Evga gtx 1080 superclocked

250GB Samsung 850 evo

2tb WD Black 7200rpm

Ek watercooling kit a240g with 360 expansion pack

Primochill Vue Red fluid

Corsair Graphite 600t (white)

You can usually OC a 60hz monitor to about 2,000,000 hz(On average, your mileage may vary somewhat) with a voltage of about 2.0136589261927361V. Just don't push it any fuhrer than 4,000,000 though, as you may need to turn the voltage and fan speed to unhealthy levels. By the way, don't go for anything less than increments of 90.7819364 hz at a time.

I answered my own question with google and common sense. The image got fuzzy at 84 an i found my monitor shuts off after 5 min with a "not optimum mode" error on anything over 77.
