Is this Craigslist setup worth it?

I am looking at buying this from craigslist . I do not really need another computer but I cant say no... specs listed below any input would be appreciated.  The seller has accepted my offer of $600 cash and $300 in sears gift cards

$600 is OK, but once you throw in another $300 worth of gift cards...yikes. And this is coming from someone who spent $110 on a fucking used 5870 1GB a year ago.

FWIW I bought something close to this and paid 250$ about 1 month ago.
