Best Reliable Gaming Monitor, Lower Budget

I’m Looking for the best 27 Inch gaming monitor I can get that’s cheap and yet can handle demanding games and provide visually appeasing content

I’m after either 75Hz or 144Hz at either 1080p resolution or 2k 

don’t wang to have to deal with motion blurr problems and would prefer it to have both hdmi and display ports available, and I’m looking to get reliability for it’s cost

(around $400 nzd as i’m looking to purchase a dual monitor setup)

 

any reccomendations on monitors to buy would be highly appreciated

(I’m not interested In paying premium for branding, I just want quality)
