ryzen 2700x Newbuild, Monitor flickering with lines issue

Hi,

I just bought a Pre-built machine configured to my need from a store.

I drove the machine 2 hours to my home, with the machine all intact laying on the side inside a box with the hard foam covering it.

I drove very carefully to not damaging the hardware (i hope so)

All hardware including monitor are new except mouse.

 

The problem I'm having is 

1. Screen flickering with lines that render part and sometime whole screen unseeable (lines blocking the image, instead of blurring or multiple/stretching image)
2. Random screen blackout and restored after a few seconds and the monitor as if turned off and played the sound when its switched on.
3. Random performance drop when testing with video games and stuttering when moving the mouse around (This is not yet confirmed because i am using old wireless mouse)

additionally, The flickering and screen blackout exist even when im in BIOS.

 

Specs as below.

 

CPU : Ryzen 7 2700x

Mobo : ASUS ROG Strix x370-f   (Bios date version 04/30/2018)

Ram : 8x2 G SKILL Sniper X 3600mhz ( Auto config, running at 2133 )

GPU : Zotac 1080ti AMP Edition

OS Storage : GALAX  Gamer L 240gb ssd

Secondary storage : WD 2TB Blue

Power Supply : EVGA SUPER NOVA G3 750watt 80+ Gold

Monitor : LG29W600K

OS : Windows 10 Pro 64Bit

 

Steps that I have taken so far are

1. Reinstalling the GPU driver after uninstalling with DDU
2. Tightened HDMI Cable
3. Reseating GPU
4. Changed HDMI Cable to an old cable from the TV.

Any suggestion for what I should do now?
