can i use mac os on my windows laptop and how

im using a dell latitude windows laptop with windows 7 and it has 16 gb of ram, an i7 processer, and an integrated GPU,

 

is it possible to download mac os and turn this machine in to it without a seperate gpu?

There are ways to run Mac OS on non-Apple computers, yes. Unfortunately, it's against forum rules to help with the process of doing so.
