Unigine's Valley/Heaven won't open - browser_x86.exe error

I can't seem to get Valley or Heaven to open, as I always get this error:

browser_x86.exe - Application Error

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to
close the application.

 

I've been going around online to try to solve this, but to no avail. I've tried everything, including reinstalling the program (at least 6 times now), DirectX, .NET Framework, and Visual C++ Redist.
All my drivers are up to date, and I've even tried reinstalling Windows (I had to anyway).
So now I'm just completely lost. If anyone could tell me if I'm missing anything, I would really appreciate it.
