91° Cpu Temp save ?

I just did build a pc with a i7 8700k and got ***** in the cpu lottery i need 1.35 vcore too even get too 4.9 ghz and for 4.7 on all cores i do need 1.25 both with a high load line calibration without it it gives me the watchdog timeout bluescreen 

i am using a 240 aio watercooler the problem is at 49ghz using cinebench prime etc temps sometimes spike up too 91° but most of the time they are around 85 the voltages goes up too 1.36 in hardware monitor so i am asking how save is it to run a cpu at this temps i mean they only go too the 85 ish if i stream with a medium cpu preset (thats really high if u dont know obs)i mean the cpu is already pretty shit but will running them at this temps/vcore make it even worse over time and how fast is it gonne happen i mean i will use this cpu for another 3/4 years or should i really just go for it and buy a new i7 8700k and hope for a better chip and sell the old one used without saying its a shitty oc chip

Spikes are fine, its not optimal but it's nothing to really worry about too much.

Guess i cant get lucky 2 times in a row my i7 4790k did run with 1.25 vcore on 4.7 >_>

I mean safeish so its not going up in flames after 2 days  tell me what u think i played a shooter 1 houre now max temp while loading 81 ingame about 60
