What is the best 1080p gaming monitor for 200-120? I want to pair one with my GTX 1070ti

Do you want 60hz or 144hz??? I have a ViewSonic XG2401 24" 144hz that I like quite a lot and can recommend. :) Now, the price on amazon.com is $260 just to keep that in mind :)

Is 450watt good for i5 8100 and a gtx1060 3gb
