Is there a way to quickly expand or collapse all groups in Windows Explorer (Group by type)

Hi, I recently recovered the data off a computer which left me with a few hundred thousand files in one folder. It's a bit much for my computer to load and display all those files so I want to group by type and only expand the type of file I'm looking for. Is there some keyboard shortcut or other thing I can do to collapse all groups?
