One Serious Question

I have a laptop worth around $800 with core i5 7200u and a Gt940mx. I bought it in 2k17. But now, I see much better configs at this price point. Any way, I could get my money back?

I doubt it, but for that you would need to check warranties from the product and the rules of the store and what not, we can't answer this although we can predict a "no"

May the light have your back and your ISO low.

I'd love to see what store accepts electronic returns after 4+ months.

Headphones.com has a 365 day return policy, but they only sell fairly high end audio products which is pretty niche and not general electronics. Still impressive though.

Headphones are also different in that audio has remained more or less the same for many decades, whereas a computer/phone/camera/etc... are outdated before they leave the assembly line.

Costco. At least they used to.

Consumer electronics -- tvs, computers, phones, etc... have always been 90 days at Costco AFAIK.

An ultra low power dual core isn't great

Like I said, as long as you're not trying to play battlefield 1 on ultra. If you want extreme performance for 800 dollars you're better off buying a gaming laptop dedicated for just that. If you're buying an ultrabook, you know what you're getting. A low power CPU and GPU for school/office work etc with good build quality.
