FPS in csgo and fortnite

When I play csgo I get around 90 fps with autoexe and launch options but when I play fortnite its around 130 and I'm getting a 144hz monitor would I beable to play on the full 144hz and am I doing something wrong with csgo?

Alright what if I have it on 144hz and have 90 FPS would i need to turn down the hz or would it be fine
