What bands are y'all listening to, and what shows you going to? I've been listening to more Death lately, and I'm seeing 3 out of the big 4 this year. Just missing Megadeth  Also seeing 5FDP (ew), A7X, Alice in Chains.

I've been listening a lot to Carved Cross' self titled album, since I just received a copy of it.

The recent vinyl reissue of Mystik's first demo has also ensured it pretty constant rotation.

 

I'm going to a small local show on Saturday which features some of the finest new black metal projects In Copenhagen, and I'm going to see Batushka on Tuesday.

Waiting for the new Ghost album.  They said it was all going to be really dark, but the first song turned out to be quite catchy.

Kind of salty I didn't go see Slayer during their final world tour. They had a huge impact on my musical taste when I was a teen and I would have liked to see them once.

Personally, I really like brass. I like the feel, the smell, and all the uses for it. Steel is a close second with aluminum coming in at third on my list of metals. (I'm kidding by the way).
