The ryzen chips come with pretty decent fans already, there's on need for an aio cooler since you probably wont be overclocking. I would ditch the aio and maybe go for a 1500 or 1400. Since the 1200 doesn't have hyper threading, streaming would be really hard on your cpu. Definitely ditch the aio and go for a better cpu since streaming is really cpu based.

Ditch that H60 and spend more on the CPU. The stock cooler from AMD is ok and 1200 just isnt quite enough.

Technically the Case and PSU's are overkill, however are 10/10 quality so we cant fault you for picking great parts. You could drop them to Corsair CX#50's and Fractal Desing Focus G for example and put the money into other parts as well
