Some Cheap mobo xD

I would get the 780, then overclock your cpu to 5GHz (there are capable motherboards on ebay for around $50)

[AMD Athlon 64 Mobile 4000+ Socket 754 | Gigabyte GA-K8NS Pro nForce3 | OCZ 2GB DDR PC3200 | Sapphire HD 3850 512MB AGP | 850 Evo | Seasonic 430W | Win XP/10]

That CPU is old, i would advise getting a new CPU

It will bottleneck the 780 too much IMO

Upgrade them equally. Get a 760/770/280X and a i5 4670K with a decent motherboard. You don't need a new power supply but if you have the money get one for future upgrades.

My Current Build:

Intel i5 3570K @ 4.4GHz 1.11V, Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, Asrock Z77 Extreme4, Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600MHz, Samsung 840 EVO 250GB, Asus GTX 760 DCII Overclocked, Corsair CX600M

Neither man, if you bought a new CPU combo you would still have a bad GPU and if you bought a kick-ass GPU you would have even worse CPU. Save the HDD and PSU and give us a budget, we can surely make a more balanced upgrade including the CPU and GPU.

My rig: CPU: Intel core i5 4670K MoBo: MSI Z87-G45 Gaming RAM: Kingston HyperX Beast 2x4GB 1600mhz CL9 GPU: EVGA GTX780 SC ACX SSD: ADATA Premier Pro SP900 256GBHDD: Western Digital RED 2TB PSU: FSP Aurum CM 750W Case: Cooler Master HAF XM OS: Windows 8 Pro

You will lose almost 50% of the performance benefits of the 780 if you install it on that system.
The E5200 is going to be a major bottleneck.
Get an FX 6300 + an M5A97 R2.0 motherboard for $200 and then grab an R9 280X for $300.

Keep the power supply.

Pentium e5200 would just be a big bottleneck for the 780, and the 650ti should be more than enough for a while.

Not sure you'd need a 860i, you could probably go for the AX760i or CS750M/TX750, and save the extra $'s.

Get a new CPU and motherboard. If you're only gaming on the rig then get an Intel Core i5-4670K and a Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H Motherboard. If you can afford a GPU with the leftover budget then get a GTX 760 or a GTX 770 and you will have a pretty massive upgrade from what you have now.
