Do you have permission to capture WiFi from next door.

One has to be proactive, not reactive, to ensure the safety of one's data so backup your data! And RAID is NOT a backup!

TP Link and Asus make good stuff. Really its about matching the WiFi card to the WiFi standard of the router. I havent used WiFi for my gaming rig in like 2 years, so I dont really have a model I would go with. Just make sure its dual band. Stay away from USB ones. 

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

I'd recommend TP-Link's Archer lineup of PCI-E adapters for desktop WiFi.
