OnePlus 3t not booting or working correctly

about a week ago i dropped my phone(not form a big height) and it hasnt been working the same since.

every time i reboot my phone i get a black screen with text on where it says device  state: locked (picture attached) 

the audio and video on my phone are out of sync as well, this is on: YouTube, Instagram, snapchat, Facebook, Netflix. basically anything wiht a video on it

 

does anyone know how to sort these problems out?
