Maybe you could 3D print a bracket for it, but it would be expensive (you would need to get an AM4 motherboard to measure the distances, 3D print the thing etc.) and time consuming. Definitely not worth it.

Haters gonna hate... It is 35W Intel I5 9500T. I use it for home server. The motherboard will never be in a vertical position. I tried to file Intel's mounting, but it still has a gap of about 2 mm height. So it is either 2-3 copper plates between CPU and cooler, or zip ties.
There is a backblate on other side, so zip ties does not stress MB.
I'm still watchin if nylon is going to stretch. Don't really expect it will be torn because of the temperature. CPU is 25 degrees in idle.
