Gigabyte Aero 15X, 1070 Max-Q, 6 hours of battery life, and while not the best 1070 laptop for the price it is actually worth the extra thinness and the battery life, well it depends on how you look on it

It is currently $2299 in amazon so here is the link

I want to buy a laptop with 1070 and thin, so please do recommend to me.

Gigabyte Aorus x5 v8: Surprisingly good cooling but ruined by Gigabyte bad thermal paste job, OK build quality, good display, poor battery life

Asus Zephyrus M: OK cooling but throttles under full load (temp limits set by Asus), poor battery life, good display, good input devices. Be aware of Asus QC issues.

MSI GE Raider: OK cooling (thermal throttles under full load), good display despite TN panel, good keyboard, poor battery life.

Gigabyte Aero 15X: Max-Q version of 1070 (about 20% less performance compared to 1070N), runs very HOT which needs LM repaste, good battery life, good display

The reason why I said 'OK cooling' is because thin gaming laptops tend to run hotter. You will experience higher inner temps, surface temps and fan noise under load compared to a bulky, well cooled gaming laptop. Throttling cannot be avoided unless you do lots of tweaks like undervolting, repaste (LM for best results) and modding (heatsink, chassis)

It's uses a Max-Q version of 1070. Also outdated CPU, there's a new CFL-H model. Build quality and cooling remain OKish.

Chassis has too much flex, 1070 Max-Q variant, cooling probably isn't great either, difficult maintenance and upgradability.

Would like to clarify that 1070 Max Qs CAN perform as well as 1070s. They are essentially just 1070s with a different config (lower TDP at base with lower clock speeds). Its just that most Max Q laptops cant cool them properly.

And I got my tests from Notebookcheck.net so... you can pick the guy that's done a handful of reviews or the website that specializes in reviewing notebooks. :P
