Wich games should be in the XBox 360 Libary?

What Games should every XBox 360 owner have?

I'm kinda into collecting (good/important) games, that are good and I want to play.

But I'm kinda Clueless about the XBox 360.

 

I guess Halo and Gears of War are things I should get (and I will next month).

Are there any other things that are Important?

 

At the moment I'm really into those kinda open world Shooting things like Tomb Raider and Far Cry, is there something like that on XBox 360??

Yea, agree, was a pretty good game

Though no Japanese Audio, but wasn't a problem for me at the time...

Red Dead Redemption and Fable 2 and 3 if you're into action RPGs.

360 was way better than PS3 for multiplats last gen (for example RDR has much better resolution and framerate on 360 than PS3) but I don't remember it being great for exclusives unless you're into shooters or Fable.

Indeed definitely Halo and Gears. More so to Gears to my tastes, particularly 1-3. Judgment is one I don't bother to replay. Lower priority purchase, IMHO.

 

Tomb Raider and Rise of the TR are both on 360, but since you like those you probably already have them on more modern hardware.

 

Since you like Tales, there are a couple exclusive JRPGs. Lost Odyssey and Blue Dragon are two that I thought were great at the time. More so for LO. I also like Infinite Undiscovery, but I think I'm an outlier there haha I think Magna Carta II is the last JRPG (actually might be Korean) exclusive, but I dunno if that one is decent or what.

 

Forza Motorsport and Forza Horizon series are neat. The Motorsport is track racing and Horizon is the open world sort of racing game. They're like the only racing games I can handle since you have optional assists if you're newbie like me haha

 

I'll echo Red Dead Redemption if you don't have it elsewhere.

 

Other multiplat games if you don't already have it elsewhere

The initial Crystal Dynamics Tomb Raider reboot. Legend, Anniversary, Underworld

Elder Scrolls, Fallout series (though likely you own some form on Skyrim at this point)

Mass Effect, Dragon Age series (particularly DA Origins)

The Witcher 2

Portal series

Bioshock series (particularly the first)

Assassin's Creed series (II and Brotherhood are my personal picks)

Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (on Xbox Live)

Ninja Gaiden II (not III)

Bayonetta

Dark Souls series (the first seems the most regarded)

Resident Evil series (the numbered ones; maybe not 6)

Dead Space series (maybe not 3; haven't played that one but I hear bad things)
