Whenever the captions start popping up the last few days has been annoying... Anyway I get It looks like you’re using this feature in a way it wasn’t meant to be used. Please slow down, or you could be blocked from using it. after a few secs... If I type fast enough, I can post...

You know there's this great tool called Copy/Paste. I've only been using it my whole life. Learned you can even do Ctrl+C then Ctrl+V or even Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C or Ctrl+X then Ctrl+V.

 

I still have little idea what exploit you're talking about. Is this a glitch on Facebook or a glitch on this Forum?

What do you mean with "caption"? Text box or some popup? Is this on mobile or desktop? From given info I would blame your browser and/or mobile keyboard first and FB second.
