take out cpu, see if it stays on but without any video signal, fans should be spinning normally also.

Any indicator lights or POST codes/beeps on your motherboard? You may have killed your CPU during the delidding process.

I delided my cpu with razor blade being very careful there is no visible dmg to the pcb i was really careful not to touch the die i removed the silicone then reaplied tim and installed everything back no sucess.

I reseated the cpu maybe 10 times.. now the pc starts for 1 sec and then turns off and this is with gpu ram and boot drive removed.

Also when the pc was still starting but no post or whatever there was no beeps or smth just the fans were spinning and that's it.

Tried reseating every connector going to the motherboard still no luck.

Mobo indicator is green so there should be power connected and there is no visible bent pins on the socket..

Idk why at first the pc starts but no screen and post and now doesn't even want to turn on for more than 1 sec..

It is not powesupply related because when i short the black and green wire from the 24pin con. Everything spins up like it should as long as i am shorting it.

I'd inspect the CPU's PCB very closely to see if you nicked any of the tiny resistors that are off to the side of the die itself. Use a magnifying glass for this.

make sure when you put the IHS back on you didn't put it on upside down or sideways. I have seen cases where a cpu didn't die from being placed upside down, but I have also seen it get killed from that, might want to check the socket pins as well to make sure that they havnt been bent at all. Best of luck.

I did put the ihs back the right way i have a picture of it before delid i used the floating method and as far as i see there is no nicks or chips on the pcb nor missing onboard conmponents i guess it is dead now :( maybe it's time for an upgrade to ryzen atleast there is no thermal paste under the IHS so no worries.
