Will the ryzen 7 reach a stable 4.2ghz in all cores or at least 4.1 with the stock cooler?Thanks for any feedback!

Yes should do, there are loads of reviews out there, but one I definitely remember the reviewer saying 4.1/4.2 was possible with the wraith cooler, but you're looking at pretty high temps. I would buy (and have), a cheap-ish 240mm AIO like the cooler master master liquid 240 lite, that are around £43 in the UK... think they are around $60 in the US?

 

[edit] forgot to mention, but it might actually be more worth getting a 1st gen, as most likely could reach 4Ghz on them, and the prices of the first gens have dropped considerably.
