Changing From Fans to Liquid (CPU)?

I want to switch from regular fans to a CPU liquid cooling, the reason is that I want to reduce the noise, so If I changed would it help reducing the noise?

My current setup 2 intakes at the front, 2 outtake fans one at the top and the other at the back, 1 CoolerMaster CPU T6 cooler with one fan.

I'm thinking of removing the CPU T6 Cooler and the top fan and switch it with Corsair Hydro Series™ H100i v2 Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler.

will this reduce the fan noises?

Thanks

In my experience with corsairs AIO's is that they include fans that are suuuuper loud. You'll wanna get some other fans that are quieter.

Though that was for the h100i GTX, I dont know if they changed it over time or not.

Imo, if your temps are fine with what you have now, just look at getting a couple bequiet fans or noctuas.

I think the problem is not having enough intake fans (more intake than exahust is better, unless you run higher fan speeds on the intakes) and the TPC 612 cooler (cant find T6, only T4 and T3) isn't that strong of an air cooler.

liquid coolers are louder than air coolers with equivalent cooling power, so for lowering noise a better air cooler is what you need.

Well the MB240L is pretty nice. Call me retarded or whatever but I actually like the stock cooler. My PC is very silent l.

Best way to reduce noise if get high quality (thus expensive) fans.

Noctua for example. In the Uk u'd be spending £20 per fan. But compared to stock fans or cheaper 'asthetic' orientated fans which rgb and such, the £20+ noctua fans are MUCH quieter and perform better.

You could get a AIO cooler, but u'll still have to deal with fans, its the fans that make the noise.

What are your specs and temps? Have you tried lowering fan speeds?

Liquid cooling still uses fans and has additional pump noise. Unless you need so much cooling that air cooling won't suffice, liquid cooling usually won't be quieter.

Yes, I'm using the least settings for fans and yet it's still loud I need a very silent pc so I can focus on work, I used to own iMac 5K and it was 0db noise.

I just removed the T4 because I bought Coolermaster 240p L and I just installed it the temperatures around 39 with normal use but I'm having an issue with the sounds that the fans do, it's so annoying I don't know why the sounds are loud even though the CPU and the fans are not running at full speed.

I just installed a new CPU cooler (Coolermaster ML240 L) everything is working fine, however, the fans are going keep changing at the speed, they are going high and low. even though I'm not using any programmes?

I don't know what's causing this issue. I have changed the motherboard Q-Fan to silent and but yet the same issue.

What do you mean by "high and low"? As far as I know, it's completely normal for the fans not to stay at the exact same speed all the time...

yes but not when I'm using any intensive task. the fans are still changing the speeds I had never experienced such thing with a T4 air cooler.

If you want corsair, you pretty much have 2 options:

1.) Get 2 of their RGB fans (Which for some reason are quieter) and plug them into the water block so they can be controlled in corsair link.

2.) Get some fans from another brand and have them not be as compatible, but provide better performance for cheaper.

If you really want quiet, go with a really big heatsink and a low speed fan.

It's due to your fan curve. It'll take some trial and error to get a curve that your ears like. It helps to avoid a steep change in fan speeds along the curve.
