That's completely useless. it's always the same Chip: A GTX 1080. The only difference are the few dozens of Mhz more or less, the Manufactorer writes into their Bios.

You can change this yourself within 5 seconds in MSI Afterburner.

TL;DR: Performance will be pretty much exactlyt he same.

What's different are the Cooling solutions. How good are the models cooled, with how much noise.

A german Site did it with many models: https://www.computerbase.de/2016-07/geforce-gtx-1080-partnerkarten-vergleich-test/2/

Palit Gamerock/Jetstream and Gainward Phoenix are the best GTX 1080 you can buy ;-) None will be this quiet. And nice thing is, these are mostly cheaper than the louder Zotac/Asus/MSI models ^^

Asus strix is one of the louder ones, almost double the Noise of Gainward/Palit.

MSI Gaming X(+) is decent.

They will all perform similarly. Pricing is screwed up anyway at the moment, but usually the difference comes from the fact that the AIB partners use custom coolers and PCBs  with e.g. better power delivery, that in principle allow for better overclocks. Even when overclocking they'll all hit roughly the same target and limit.
