New ssd For my windows boot drive

I have a computer with a pretty low end nvme ssd. I want to replace it with something that is a little bit better.

Some basic things I need ssd to have:

Read and write speed over 2000mb/s

No TLC something that is better for example SLC or MLC or anything else that is better then TLC

Looking for something that is around 256gb or more

Price range that does not exceed 350 CAD $$$

An SDD that does not slow done alot over time

Please give me some recommendation  I have being looking and haven't found something with these specs and this price range

960 evo?

r/w speeds >2000MB/s is sequential, not very important for a drive for windows mainly

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

Ya but it is TLC. I want something that will not slow down over time. MLC and SLC ssd based on my understanding are a lot better

it's VNAND TLC, which is not regular TLC.

you could say the bits are stored like traditional TLC, but it does not wear out and slow down as fast as TLC, iirc it's a middle ground between MLC and TLC, edging closer to MLC

Ya I know, but I want a fast ssd not just for windows, but so I can run multiple vms on it and move large files around in the pc and sometimes even watch mutiple 4k videos at the same time locally on my pc. Even if it makes a 2% difference I would be happy. Also occasionally I like recording videos at extremely high bit rates in obs which based on my understanding demands a pretty fast ssd. I mainly a computer hardware enthusiast, even if makes no difference, as long as the numbers are bigger I am happy!!!

Ok well in those other cases it does make sense.

Get a 960 evo.
