No it doesn't, dual channel only.

No only the X platform on Intel supports quad channel RAM.

4 sticks does not mean quad channel.

 

Quad channel would have 8 sticks, 2 per channel.

i want a atx mainboard with 4 slots.

and if i put 4 rams, this isnt called quad channel? How is it called then?

And will I be able to us3 my pc with that much rams and i5 8600k?

An ATX board with four slots would be dual channel. 2 channels with 2 slots each. Yes, you can use 4 sticks with that CPU.
