Can I mix these in a loop? What about nickel plated copper and alluminum?

Aluminum is a no-no, you can mix copper brass and nickel together without issue but none of those with aluminum.

Okay. Do you guys know anybody who could make me a 1080ti strix alluminum waterblock then? I have the fluid gaming setup but wanna put my gpu under water.

It won't be worth it, your better off to either swap the GPU for a reference design one or to get a waterblock for the GPU and a regular copper based kit from EKWB.
