Cheapo motherboard for i3 4130

I have an i3 4130 as my selected backup for if my 4790K craps out. It's a fairly decent processor at around $100, and does all of my games just fine, and can handle a whopping 104.5BCLK overclock with my Z97 G5.

However, it's just collecting dust inside its Intel box and I want to give it a life inside my HTPC, which is (still) using the i3 2140.

Currently the only other Haswell motherboard I have is an HP board with dumbass proprietary power supply.

Can anyone recommend a good but inexpensive H87 or H97 motherboard?

Yeah I found a b85m for $50. Gonna get that, a 600W PSU, 16GB of RAM, and slap in my 5870. I have a really nice custom case I made just waiting for the right parts.

Speaking of, will 400W be enough for the i3 and the 5870? Cause this is what's currently going on:
