I am responsible for looking after +-50 laptops and when it comes time for Windows to release their next major update it always uses up all of our bandwidth. Because of that I want to take a proactive approach and update using a bootable USB or DVD but I cannot find an official ISO online. I am aware that the update to Windows 10 1803 has been delayed due to a bug but I still want to find an ISO so I can at least take a look at the update before hand. Is there a site where I can find the Windows 10 1803 ISO that is safe? (The official Windows 10 download page still features version 1709 at time of post)

Technet probably has the download, but you'll obviously need a subscription for access. Maybe you can source the RTM insider build as an ISO.

You'd need to join the Insider Program to test v1803 at this time.

You can do that from a v1709 PC.

Judge a product on its own merits AND the company that made it.

I have signed up for Windows Insider Program and I am now downloading the Windows 10 Client Insider Preview - Build 17127 English ISO.

Thank you. I have now joined the Insider Program.

I'm assuming you have enterprise running on those? Why not turn off feature updates on the devices, and run the update whenever it becomes available.

Unfortunately it is a mix of Windows 10 Home and Pro. We are NPO (non profit organisation) and do not have the funding to set everything up. We also do not own all of the laptops as some of them come from outside funders and will need to be passed on to the next set of people (outside of our organisation) when the project comes to an end and the next project begins etc. The laptops are also spread out over quite a large geographic area.

This specific version will be available when it will be officially released. All you have now are ISOs of 1803 Beta (Insider Preview). Of course a time machine to go in the future always helps in rectifying this problem. :P

I am aware of that. I will only be using the insider version on my device so that I can get to know the features of the new version as I have to give support to other members of our organisation if and when they need it. I will download the official ISO when it becomes available to install on the rest of the devices.

Ah ok.  Well, the only way to get the update is to join the Insider Preview program, and you should get it via Windows Update within 24h (manually check frequently)
