HD120's will perform fine. If it's mainly for aesthetics, go with whichever looks best to you.

Having enough static pressure helps maintain performance against restrictions but it isn't the only factor determining performance. The static pressure is also at max rpm and performance doesn't always scale linearly with lower rpm. 

Most fans included with AIO's tend to be cheap and high rpm to maintain profit and to win benchmarks.
