Zotac AMP Extreme 1070 Temp Help!

Hello,

Today I bought the Zotac AMP Extreme 1070, but the fans don't seem to work even when the temperature above 80 degrees! wtf? Am I doing something wrong? Globally GPU brands not giving any warranty, so I didn't get any warranty as well. I'm really worried wtf is happening with my card's fan? I just want to keep it below 70 with THE THREE BIG ASS fans! But they just don't spin at all

Have you tried setting the fans manually via Afterburner or similar?

You shouldn't have to but it's a good way of testing if the fans have the ability to spin or not.
