What can i disable at startup?

So i have all these programs that slow down my PC on starup and i have no idea which ones i can disable and not have it affect any services.

All theese "fastboot" etc programs are all rubbish you are better off without them.

 

If you really want to streamline your 8.1 installation start disabling services you dont use:

InstallShield,StartCommandCenter,StartFastBoot, (they all seem like bloatware imo) and the Apple related startup programs (iCloud, Apple Photostreams, Apple Push, iTunesHelper) if you don't use iTunes often and want a faster startup time. I disabled Java Update also I don't really use Java.

InstallShield - No idea what that is and doesn't look critical

NVIDIA Capture Server Proxy

Delayed Launcher

iTunesHelper

Origin

iCloud

Apple Photostreams Uploader Executable

 

That is what I'd disable anyway, Origin you certainly don't need on start-up.

 

Also no idea what that program is but I'd have CCleaner installed.

You can disable Origin and Itunes without issues, however dont touch anything you arent sure about.  Reinstalling Windows is quite easy and is an option if you need to but its best to avoid that and just disable the things you know you dont need.  So those are Origin and Itunes.
